We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused and unwashed items in their original packaging.

How to Return:

1. Contact us at service@gokapua.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will provide return instructions.

3. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refund Conditions:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

• Damaged or defective items will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you.
